Cocagne - The Pays de Cocagne Sustainable Development Group (PCSDG) is organizing the workshop entitled "Soil, compost and biodynamic preparations" Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 10am to 3pm at the Marcel Goguen farm, 475 Cocagne South Rd. in Cocagne, NB E4R 2K2.

An in-depth look at the microbial world

The workshop will be hosted by Rosemary Tayler of Earth Haven Learning Center in Ottawa and will introduce us to biodynamic culture. We will take a deep look at the microbial world and how these tiny organisms make soil and feed plants. Ms. Tayler has a background in science and alternative medicine. She has been teaching biodynamic culture and gardening since 2013.

At lunch, an Acadian fricot (chicken soup) will be served and the suggested donation for the activity is $30 or $50 for 2 people from the same household. Prepayment is required and you can pay by cheque labelled to GDDPC or cash. For registration and more information please contact Wiebke Tinney, GDDPC Coordinator, Tel.
