An idyllic evening where your hosts will set off your taste buds bursting your senses with a 5-service delight inspired by the resilience and happy go lucky lifestyle of the Cocagnaises et des Cocagnais.

August 26: Willow Basket Weaving Demonstration

Albert County Museum, Hopewell Cape, NB




Learn how to make a basket from willow branches. Drop in and watch basket weavers. Feel free to ask questions and take pictures. This demonstration will be offered in both French and English.

Slow Food Cocagne Acadie is inviting you to take part in its 6th edition of “Slow & Sloppy”. Join us in a culinary experience abounding of local fresh seasonal products! An event where Cocagne’s 250th will be celebrated in a special way. Music, sing-alongs around a campfire will be part of the evening’s entertainment.
